Welcome to Global Bible School. By accessing or using our services—including our websites, mobile applications, online forms, digital platforms, and related communication channels—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of Service

Global Bible School provides faith-based educational programs, Bible study resources, spiritual support, and opportunities to connect with others seeking to learn more about the Christian faith. These services are provided free of charge or through designated programs unless otherwise specified.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Global Bible School platforms unless parental or guardian consent has been provided.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Lawful Basis: We process your information under the consent you provide by using our services (to provide spiritual education and connection).

  • Data Categories: Information such as your name, contact details, interest in Bible studies, and communications with Global Bible School are processed as described in Section 3 of the Privacy Policy.
  • Sharing & Transfers: Information may be shared only with authorized staff, volunteers, or partner organizations where necessary. International transfers are managed in compliance with GDPR, US, Canadian, and other global data protection regulations (see Section 8 of the Privacy Policy).

  • If you request physical materials, you authorize us to use and share your postal address and contact details with local representatives or shipping providers solely to fulfill your request.

  • Materials provided (Bible studies, courses, digital resources) are for personal use only and may not be redistributed without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content—including text, graphics, images, videos, and study materials—remains the property of Global Bible School or its licensors. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial study and sharing, provided it is not altered or misrepresented.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platforms may link to third-party services (e.g., video conferencing, messaging apps, or partner websites). We are not responsible for the content, security, or data practices of third parties. Please review their terms and privacy policies separately.

Use of messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business by Meta, Facebook Messenger, Telegram) is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. Message/data rates may apply per your carrier or platform.

We may use ManyChat to deliver and facilitate Bible study content via messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram). ManyChat acts as a service provider on our behalf, processing conversation history, study progress, and contact information to enable personalized learning and follow-up.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

  • Global Bible School provides services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Our services do not provide emergency or crisis counseling. If you are in crisis or danger, contact local emergency services (e.g., 911) or a crisis line (e.g., 988 in the U.S.) immediately.
  • While we seek to ensure accuracy and security, we are not responsible for errors, data loss, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
  • Participation in Global Bible School activities is voluntary, and you assume responsibility for your use of the services.

10. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions,
  • Engage in behavior inconsistent with the mission of Global Bible School, or
  • Misuse our services.

11. Changes to Terms

Global Bible School may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. When Terms are updated, corresponding updates will also be reflected in the Privacy Statement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, and applicable international data protection regulations.
